Create 2016 & 2017

Queensland Government, Brisbane State High School ‘Create’ is an annual festival of the creative arts showcasing the high standard of work at the Department of Creative Arts, Brisbane State High School. The Department of the Creative Arts required a suite of unique marketing and promotional material for the launch of the festival. The brief required a unique contemporary design concept was inclusive of visual art, dance, drama, film and music while remaining sympathetic to existing, established corporate identity. Internal market research led to an abstract typographical concept in striking monotone. To peak initial interest and generate discussion within our target market we released a series of teaser onsite and external communications. This was achieved in a series of oversized promotional posters, digital presentations, an online presence and in-house publications. This was followed prior to the event with full detail communication of the event both in print, email marketing and digital media.
